11:00an - 12:00pm: Feed for Speed and Power.  Presented by Jon Vredenburg MBA, RD, CDE, CSSD, LD/N; Dietitian consultant and owner of No Limit Nutrition.

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Networking Lunch provided by UNF Nutrition and Dietetics Quantity Food Preparation class.
